Dubai Creek Harbour

Popularly known as DCH, the Dubai Creek Harbour, is in the heart of Dubai City. It is accessible from Ras Al Khor Road and Festival City, located just 5 mins drive from Burj Khalifa - Dubai Mall and opposite of Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary.
This area came into limelight when Emaar announced the tallest tower to be built in this area, to be known as Creek Tower, designed by famous architect Santiago Calatrava. This tower was supposed to tallest non-residential tower in the world, with the sky deck on the top floor. The beauty of this area is the strategic location, it is just across the Festival City Mall, opposite to Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, and opposite the Dubai Wildlife Sanctuary, The sanctuary is the home for thousands of Flamingos who come from as far as Africa during the cooler months from Oct - March every year. This is also the playground for hundreds of bird species, and this a natural mangrove forest in the city, protected by Dubai Government.
